TIA (Telecommunication Industry Association)는 정보통신 기술 산업을 지원하는 비영리 단체로, 특히 북미 지역에서 활동하고 있습니다. 이 단체는 표준화를 담당하며 미국 국가표준화 기구인 ANSI(미국 국가표준 협회)에 승인되어 있습니다. TIA는 산업 표준을 개발하고, 이러한 표준이 ANSI에 의해 승인되면 미국에서의 국가표준으로 채택됩니다.

TIA (Telecommunication Industry Association) is a non-profit association that supports the information and communication technology industry, particularly in North America. It is responsible for standardization and is approved by ANSI (American National Standards Institute). TIA develops standards, and once approved by ANSI, these standards become national standards in the United States.
