무적제(Antifogen)
무적제(Antifogen)은 스마트팜에서 사용되는 용어로, 유지방산에서 추출하고 정제한 계면활성제를 가리킵니다. 이 물질은 폴리에틸렌 수지에 일정량을 혼합하여 제품을 만들 때, 필름 표면의 미세한 구멍 사이로 계면활성제가 서서히 스며들어와 피막을 형성합니다. 이로써 필름 표면장력이 약해지고 무적성을 띄게 됩니다.
무적제는 온실 등에서 사용되어 물방울이 표면에 부착되지 않고 흘러내리게 함으로써 식물에 직접 차가운 물이 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 역할을 합니다. 이를 통해 더 좋은 생장 환경을 조성하며 작물의 건강한 성장을 돕는 중요한 재료입니다.
Antifogen
Antifogen is a term used in smart farming to refer to a refined surfactant extracted from stearic acid. When this substance is blended with a certain amount of polyethylene resin to create a product, it gradually permeates through the fine pores on the film’s surface. This process forms a thin film that reduces surface tension, resulting in the development of an anti-drop effect.
Antifogen is utilized in applications such as greenhouses to prevent water droplets from adhering to the film’s surface and allowing them to flow off. This prevents direct contact of plants with cold water dripping from the surface. By doing so, it fosters a better growth environment and supports healthy plant growth.
