백엽상은 스마트팜에서 기상 관측용 장비를 비나 눈, 직사광선으로부터 보호하기 위해 만들어진 집 모양의 흰색 나무 상자를 가리킵니다. 내부의 기상 상태를 관측 지점의 기상 상태와 유사하게 유지하기 위해 나무 상자의 모든 면에는 통풍이 잘 되도록 흰색 겹 비늘 창살로 만들어진 벽이 있습니다. 백엽상이라는 용어는 이러한 보호구조물이 만들어질 때 약 100개의 나무 널판지가 사용된다는 점에서 유래되었습니다.

Instrument shelter, also known as “screen shelter” in smart farms, refers to a house-shaped white wooden box designed to protect meteorological observation equipment from rain, snow, and direct sunlight. To maintain the interior weather conditions similar to those of the observation point, the walls on all sides of the wooden box are made with overlapping white slatted screens to ensure good ventilation. The term “baek-yeop-sang” is used because around 100 wooden planks are used in the construction of this shelter.
